Who is DIVA for?

DIVA Moms was established in 2018. Since then, DIVA has specifically provided support to US born African American/Black mothers.

What are DIVA Services?

• Coordinated Integrated Care

• Health/Perinatal Education (1 on 1)

• Chemical dependency (Mother’s First and Wayside)

• Broad-Based Family-Oriented Services
