Help Me Connect is an online directory that helps pregnant and parenting families find resources in their local communities that provide family support and early childhood services in Minnesota and Tribal Nations. The database includes 16,000+ listings that support connections to services such as home visiting, screening, parenting and pregnancy support, early education classes, mental health, food and housing assistance and immigrant/refugee support. Users can search for resources closest to their homes and for programs that support individual family needs, such as language access, children with disabilities, and flexible payment options. HMC is a partner resource to MN Help Me Grow that is designed to help families find a variety of supportive services that may be helpful alongside a Help Me Grow referral.
